Exchange and Return Policy
The customer has the right to replace or return a product purchased from the website within 14 days of the purchase date only if:
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- The product does not conform to the stated specifications.
- The product is different from what was ordered.

- Products purchased during promotional offers cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Costs:
- The site covers shipping costs only in cases where an incorrect or defective product was sent.
- In all other cases of replacement or return, the customer bears the shipping costs.
