Exchange and Return Policy
The customer has the right to replace or return the product purchased from the website within 14 days from the date of purchase only in the event that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, does not conform to specifications, or a product is different from what is required.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. In the case that the 14-day period has expired, the product will not be replaced or returned for any reason. In this case, the customer must contact customer service to register a return or replacement request.
Underwear and everything that touches the skin in general is not allowed to be exchanged or returned
Products purchased through the offer cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Note:
The site bears the shipping costs only in the event that we send an error or defective product. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping costs when making a replacement or return.
Terms of exchange and return:
• There is a manufacturer defect or damaged product
• The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused
• Availability of all accessories belonging to the original product, if any.
